Our Story
My name is Yamirca Vazquez, and after more than 18 years dedicated to special education, I founded Hand over Hand Exceptional Learning LLC out of love, passion, and empathy for the neurodivergent community.
For 8 years, I worked directly with families in Kissimmee, where I identified a significant gap in services available for neurodivergent middle and high school students.
Hand over Hand represents my commitment to providing personalized education that prepares students not just academically, but for independent adult life.
I hold a Master's in Exceptional Education, Florida ESOL Endorsement, and Florida Certifications in Special Education, Exceptional Students, Elementary, and Autism. I am also an Official Step Up FES-UA Provider.
